Moray Firth coast is peppered with links golf courses and the two championship
courses at Nairn and Lossiemouth are both within an hour's drive. Nairn
hosted the Walker Cup in 1999.Further up the coast is the Royal Dornoch
Golf Club with it's "mean" links course.

Closer
to home, Grantown is very popular with people who stay here, Dufftown
is for the stout-hearted, and Kingussie, Carrbridge, and Boat of Garten,
as well as Elgin and Forres, all boast courses of varying degrees of
difficulty.
