Skiing in Scotland |
||
|
For
those of you who enjoy skiing in Scotland, Glenlivet is ideally situated
to visit either the Cairngorm ski-slopes which are an hour away, or
the Lecht which is only 30 minutes drive. From there you can go on
to Glenshee, which is another 35 minutes distant. These three Scottish ski areas cater for advanced and intermediate skiers as well as beginners and novices, with skiing ranging from gentle nursery slopes to challenging black runs. Those who prefer snowboarding can also take their pick of the three locations. |

The ski centres offer all the facilities you would expect such as Ski Schools (skiing and snowboarding tuition), ski hire, snowboard hire, ski clothing hire, shops, food and drink. Glenlivet House provides ideal accommodation for a skiing holiday in Scotland - crisp, fun filled days on the snow covered mountain slopes and then back to relax in comfort in front of a cosy open fire before enjoying dinner with your friends. The
three ski areas each have their own website packed with information
about their ski slopes and facilities. |
